Order Confirmation
We will acknowledge receipt of your order promptly but a
contract will only be formed between us when we confirm your order
by email to the address provided by you. We will do this once we
have received full payment from you.

Delivery
Please note that we accept online orders from mainland UK and BFPO
numbers only at present. For orders from BFPO numbers please
contact us to arrange the best method of delivery. Our standard delivery
charge is £4.95 to cover postage and packing. Items are dispatched by
courier or Royal Mail, whichever is most appropriate.
We aim to have our products to you
within 2-4 working days, wherever possible. Orders to BFPO numbers may
take longer. In the unlikely event that an order is lost, damaged,
delayed or faulty we won’t be able to cover for any damages or losses
beyond that of replacing the goods. Please let us know of any problems
as soon as you become aware of them and within 7 days of delivery for
damaged or defective goods.
Your statutory rights are unaffected.
Price
The price to be paid by you will be the price advertised on our
website at the time you place your order. All prices are in Pounds
Sterling and include all applicable taxes.
All transactions will be processed via
Paypal using a secure server. We do not store any of your credit card
details.
Postage and Packing are shown on the
checkout page and delivery page.
We will try to dispatch your order within 2-4 working days but in any
case full payment must be received before dispatch. Payment will be
processed by credit card and any refunds will be credited to your
payment card.
Guarantee
We aim to provide you with 100% satisfaction. If any goods are
damaged or defective, please
contact us within 7 days of receiving
the goods. Goods must be returned to us and subject to us being
satisfied that such a defect exists and has not been caused by
incorrect storage or handling, we will credit you in full or send you
a replacement order. We will arrange for the damaged or defective
goods to be returned to us.
Again, your statutory rights are
unaffected.
Law
English law will apply to the contract between us and the English
courts will have jurisdiction in the case of any dispute.
Returns and Refunds
We hope that you have no call to return anything purchased through
our website. In the unlikely event that a product is found to be
unsatisfactory please
contact us immediately.
We will of course refund you the cost of any defective product and, if
for any reason we need you to return the product to us or the
manufacturer, any postage costs incurred.
Privacy Statement
The purpose of this statement is to explain to you what personal
information we collect and how we may use it.
When you order, we need to know your
name, address, email address and card details. This allows us to
process and fulfil your order. You have the option to withhold
personal information that is not required for the order process.
All card Details are inputted directly
into Paypal and no financial information is stored by Gurkha Fine
Foods.
Your name and address is used solely to
process your order and we do not reveal any information to any third
party.
