A Gurkha bhat is usually preceeded by a lengthy period of
chatting, drinking and eating. The eating takes the form of a
number of starters, usually served on large plates for everyone
to share. Starters include a variety of food from chicken wings
and mini spring rolls to the more traditional Momos served with
a fresh Tomato Chutney. Why not impress your friends and make
these for yourself: |
