I generally hate sauces in jars, and cook from scratch when I can (being a bit of a purist). However, having been persuaded to try yours, I have to say it's very good indeed (and we are now re-ordering plenty more!) For any ex lahuris, this is as good as bhansagharko bhat, but you can have it at home now!

We have finally got round to trying your delicious grub - after all, why roast some mutton in winter when you can wait for scorching June to do it in? I marinated left-over roasted mutton in the Masu sauce overnight and simply warmed it up in the Aga - what a doddle - and how exceptionally scrumptious it was. My husband and I have just had the other half as a massive curry lunch today. Please anticipate regular orders from now on!
